Program Registration, Payment and Cancellation Policy

Please Register Online

You may register at any time to attend a program at Dorje Denma Ling. We prefer that you register through the online registration form so that we can capture your personal medical and dietary needs, which greatly helps our staff prepare for and support you during your stay. However, if you are having any difficulties with our online registration software, please email our Program Manager for assistance.

Deposits Are Required to Hold Your Reservation

When you register online you are given the option to pay in full, or select the deposit option from the drop-down menu on the right side of the “Pay” field.

A deposit or payment is required in order to complete your registration and reserve your place in the program. The registration software will indicate the amount of the deposit. You can pay your deposit by credit card, or indicate you prefer to pay by e-transfer or cheque by selecting that option from the drop down menu to the right side of the “Choose Payment Option” field. E-transfers from your bank account should be made to finance@dorjedenmaling.com (please indicate for which program you are registering). While a mailed cheque is acceptable, your registration will be marked “pending” until it has been received by our Finance Department.

Full Payment Due Two Weeks Prior to The Program

Full payment is due two weeks prior to the beginning of a program.

Three weeks prior to the program, our registration system will send you an automatic email notice to remind you that the balance owed is due within a week. If you choose to change your payment method, you have one week to contact our finance office to change credit cards or pay by e-transfer. If you do nothing, Finance will automatically charge your card on file for the balance owing.

NOTE: Everyone will get this email, but if you have paid in full already, the balance owing will say $0.

If you register for a program two weeks or less before the beginning of the program, the registration system will require you to pay in full.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits and payments will be refunded up to 14 days prior to the program less a 10% administration fee.

Deposits and payments for cancellations 13 or fewer days prior to the program – minus the 10% cancellation fee – will be retained and can be used in program credit for 2 years, at which time credits will expire.

There will be no refund or program credit issued for persons who cancel on the program arrival day, do not show up for the program, or leave the program early.
