There has been an overwhelmingly positive response to our invitations. We are really looking forward to seeing you all here.
    Bring a tent
We strongly encourage you to bring a tent. This way you can be sure of having accommodation and will be sharing with the people you choose to.
    Lodge full
Our lodge is now fully booked. Those with beds reserved in the lodge have been contacted by either Megan Coles or Sharon Meadows.
Huts and cabins allocated on arrival
The remaining beds (in huts and cabins) will be allocated as people arrive for the weekend.
If the weather is good we may well be using every bed we have, so be prepared that you will be sharing the huts and cabins, and that some of the beds are bunks.
Beds will be allocated on a first come first served basis so please arrive early if you need a bed.
Come to the Information Centre on arrival
Even if you are staying in a tent you must come and and see us at the information centre.
We need to know who is staying with us and where they are staying - in case of emergency.
*Please do not set up a tent or occupy a bed without checking-in at the Information Centre first.*
